At Onoway Champion Taekwondo, our goal is to provide a comprehensive martial arts training experience that caters to various age groups and skill levels. We operate four days a week with a structured, rotating schedule to ensure every student receives diverse and balanced training.
Class Times and Age Groups:
5:30 PM - 6:20 PM: Ages 5-8 years old. Early sessions focus on introducing young children to the basics of martial arts in a fun and supportive environment.
6:30 PM - 7:20 PM: Ages 9-13 years old. These sessions are designed to enhance technique and discipline as students grow in their martial arts journey.
7:30 PM - 8:50 PM: Ages 13 years and older. Advanced classes provide rigorous training in technical movements, sparring, and competition preparation.
Saturdays: Dedicated to our high performance sparring team. Every Saturday, there will be a training session from 10:00am - 12pm. Training will either be at our dojang or one of our Team Alberta affiliate’s dojang. The only days there will not be training, is when there is a competition that we are attending.
