1. Who We Are
Onoway Champion Taekwondo is a martial arts school based in Onoway, dedicated to helping kids grow strong — inside and out — through inclusive, high-energy Taekwondo training rooted in effort, respect, and community.
2. Free Trial Class Sign-Up
When you register for a free class, you agree to:
Provide accurate and current contact information, Supervise your child during their first visit, Let us know of any medical concerns or special needs in advance
Onoway Champion Taekwondoreserves the right to deny a trial to individuals if safety or fit is a concern.
3. Student Conduct
We expect all students and families to uphold the values of respect, effort, and teamwork. Disruptive behavior or failure to follow our safety protocols may result in removal from class or program.
4. Payments & Programs
All tuition, gear, and membership payments are subject to the terms outlined at the time of enrollment. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Trial classes are free with no obligation, but continued participation requires registration and payment.
5. Media Use
With your consent, we may use photos or videos of classes, events, or students (first names only) for marketing purposes on our website, social media, and promotional materials. You may opt out at any time by notifying us in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including our training framework, visuals, and language — belongs to Onoway Champion Taekwondo. You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce our materials without written permission.
7. Liability Waiver
Participation in martial arts involves physical activity and inherent risk. By signing up, you acknowledge this and release Onoway Champion Taekwondo, its coaches, and affiliates from liability for injuries, unless caused by gross negligence.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site or services indicates your agreement to any updates.
